Getting started is simple: create your profile, add the required information, and answer the welcome survey. This helps us understand a little more about you and which research opportunities may be relevant for you.
Once your profile is complete, you are part of our Tester + Survey Community! You may then be invited to take part in surveys, interviews, community activities, or occasional product tests if your profile matches the criteria for a specific study.
You can log in to your account at any time through your browser at:
https://wowtechusertesting.questionpro.eu
In your account, you will also be able to see whether there are any surveys or activities currently available to you.
Most invitations are sent by email, so please keep an eye on your inbox. If you have not heard from us, it’s worth checking your junk folder!
Some studies are only sent to members who match specific research criteria. This helps us make sure each study is completed by people with experience relevant to that topic.
This community is mainly a place for surveys, feedback, and conversations about sexual wellbeing. Product tests do happen, but they are less frequent and usually have a much smaller number of places.
This means you are much more likely to be invited to surveys than to product tests. Some surveys are also limited to people with certain experiences, demographics, age ranges, locations, or other profile details for specific research purposes.
We want to be open about that from the start: joining the community means you may be invited to take part in research, but it does not mean you will receive every survey or be selected for product testing.
Your feedback still matters, even when there is no product test involved. Surveys help us better understand people’s needs, preferences, experiences, and expectations around sexual wellbeing. These insights can shape future products, services, communication, and research.
If you are especially interested in product reviewing, you can also join our sister community, the Lovehoney Forum, where we regularly look for product testers and reviewers.
Product testing opportunities vary from month to month. Some months may include several tests, while others may include fewer.
Each product test has a limited number of spaces, and our community has more than 10,000 members. This means there are always more interested members than available testing places.
Selection also depends on the criteria for each specific test. For example, a study may require people from a certain country, age group, product experience level, relationship status, or other research-relevant profile details.
The best thing you can do is keep your profile up to date, answer surveys honestly, and watch your email inbox. Being active can help us understand whether you are a good fit for future opportunities, but it does not guarantee selection for a product test.
Rewards may be shipped to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Finland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Greece, and Slovenia.
Please note that not all these regions may always be open for registration. Reward availability and shipping options may also depend on stock, local regulations, and operational requirements.
Surveys are one of the most important ways you can contribute to the community. Your answers help us understand real experiences, needs, and expectations around sexual wellbeing — and that insight can influence what we create, improve, and explore next.
You can also earn points for completing surveys. Redeem your points for selected products or discount vouchers in our web shops, depending on availability and the current rewards catalogue.
Taking part regularly also helps us get to know your profile better, which may support selection for future studies or product tests. However, product test invitations are never guaranteed.
You can earn points by completing surveys, taking part in product tests or interviews, and contributing to the community forum through posts or comments.
Points for comments are limited to a maximum of 150 points per month.
Please keep contributions thoughtful and relevant. Spam, hateful content, offensive behaviour, or low-value comments may result in removal from the community and forfeiture of associated benefits or rewards.
Please also note: if you post or comment in the community, other members may be able to see the name shown on your account. If you do not want your real name to appear, go to “My Account” and add a username. Your username will then be shown when you post or comment.

We recommend bookmarking this page so you can easily return to your account.
Unsubscribing will lead to the deletion of your account and cannot be reversed. This means you will lose access to the community, surveys, product test opportunities, forum activities, and any points or rewards linked to your account.
Please only unsubscribe if you are sure you no longer want to take part.
To redeem your points, log in to your account and go to “Rewards”. Choose the reward you would like, click “Redeem”, tick the “Accept” box, and click “Redeem” again to confirm.
Our team manually checks and approves each reward request. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with a coupon code for the selected item or reward.
You can then use the code in one of our web shops, subject to the terms of the reward.
It can take a few days to receive your voucher code. In busy periods, the full process may take up to 4 weeks.
The number of points needed for a reward depends on the product, its value, and its pricing category. Higher-value items usually require more points.
For each survey, you will usually receive between 30 and 75 points, depending on the length and complexity of the survey.
