How does it work?
First you sign up, fill out your profile and the first survey you get invited to. Then you wait to get invited to surveys and product tests (if one is available for you).
When will I be invited to a product test?
it really depends on the demand. Sometimes we do seven testings a month and sometimes we only do one. There are also a variety of tests and toys so it is also based on you fitting the criteria.

Why should I answer surveys without receiving a toy to test?
Because you can earn valuable points which you can redeem for products and discount vouchers in our web shops. You will also be more likely to get selected for a product test.
What other options do I have to earn points?
You can engage in the community by posting topics, comment on existing topics, post ideas and comment on existing ideas. Once your post or comment is approved by the admin, your points will be credited to your account. You earn 5 points per thread and 10 points per comment. The maximum amount of points you can earn per month is 500. NOTE: if you post or comment, people will be able to read your name. If you don't want that, you can go to "my account" and add a username. This username will then be shown everytime you post something.
What happens if I cannot find the E-Mail Invite, how can I login to my account?
After you signed up and verified your profile, you can always go on https://wowtechusertesting.questionpro.eu and login to your account. We advise you to bookmark the URL so you won't have to remember it. If you match the criteria for an upcoming test or survey, we will notify you via E-Mail anyways.
What's the difference between the Trust Level and the Trust Factor?
There are two distinct classifications concerning trust to our testers. The "Trust Level" cannot be influenced and will be assigned to you. You get a higher "Trust Level" if one of our employees vouches for you. You will never be able to see your Trust Level. A higher "Trust Level" only means that you are eligible to participate in confidential tests or prototype tests. Most of our tests do not require a certain "Trust Level".
The so called "Trust Factor" is solely based on your response behavior and will be re-calculated every time you participate in a testing or survey. A good "Trust Factor" makes it more likely for you to be invited to tests and surveys while a bad "Trust Factor" decreases the likelihood and may lead to exclusion of all tests. It takes several factors into account:
Response speed: too fast responses suggest that you are not thoroughly reading the questions.
Reliability: If you do not understand instructions or don't manage to respond to surveys within the given time frame.
Illogical response behaviour: if your responses in one survey are obviously contradicting.

What does unsubscribing do?
Please be aware that unsubscribing will lead to the irreversible deletion of your account. You cannot resubscribe, so please consider unsubscribing carefully if you are interested in product tests, surveys, our online forum and more.
What happens after I redeem my points for a reward?
We skim through every user’s post history before approving the reward request to avoid handing out rewards to spammers, and thereby lowering the amount of rewards for everybody else. Once we’re done with that, you will receive an email asking for your address. Please take note that the entire process can take up to 4 weeks as we have a very big backlog right now.
