How does it work?

To get started, fill out all the information in your profile, as well as the survey you get invited to after you sign up. Now you are officially part of our testing community. From now on, invitations to surveys and product tests will be sent to your inbox, if you are selected and fit the criteria of the study. If you don’t hear from us in a long time, be sure to check your spam folder as well!

When will I be invited to a product test?

The amount of product tests varies from month to month but can lie anywhere between 1 and 7 tests. You should know that for each product test there is a limited number of spots available, so that there are always more applicants than opportunities to take part. It also depends on whether you meet the specific criteria of the test. So, all you need to do is keep an eye on your e-mail inbox and with a little bit of luck, you’ll be invited.

Which countries do you ship to?

Rewards are shipped to: United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Finland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Greece, Slovenia. Please note that not all of these regions are open for registration at the moment.

Why should I answer surveys without receiving a toy to test?

Because you can earn valuable points which you can redeem for products and discount vouchers in our web shops. This will also increase your chances to be selected for a product test.

What other options do I have to earn points?

You can earn points by completing surveys, taking part in product tests or interviews, and posting or commenting in the community forum. The maximum amount of points earned by comments is limited to 150 points per month. NOTE: if you post or comment, people will be able to read your name. If you don't want that, you can go to "my account" and add a username. This username will then be shown every time you post something.

What happens if I cannot find the E-Mail Invite, how can I login to my account?

After you signed up and verified your profile, you can always go to and log in to your account. We advise you to bookmark the URL so you won't have to remember it. If you match the criteria for an upcoming test or survey, we will notify you via E-Mail.

What does unsubscribing do?

Please be aware that unsubscribing will lead to the irreversible deletion of your account. You cannot resubscribe, so please consider unsubscribing carefully if you are interested in product tests, surveys, our online forum and more.

How do I redeem my points for a reward?

To redeem points for your reward, log in to your account, go to “Rewards” and pick your desired reward. Click on “Redeem”, check the box “Accept” and click on “Redeem” once again.

What happens after I redeem my points for a reward?

Our team checks and approves every request to redeem points for a reward. Once we’ve approved your request, you will receive an e-mail with a coupon code for the item you have requested. You can then go on and use this code in one of our web shops. Please take note that the entire process can take up to 4 weeks as we have a very big backlog right now.

How are the required points determined for each reward?

The amount of points needed to receive a specific reward depends on the value and pricing category of that toy. The more expensive a toy is, the more surveys you have to complete in order to receive it. For each survey you are awarded between 30 and 75 points, depending on the length of the survey.
